    Good, thanks!

If you can get this one up today, that would be great:

Tomorrow, Thursday, May 8 is Appalachian Trail day at the Rocky River Senior Center; 21012 Hilliard Boulevard; Rocky River, Ohio.

Bob Grau, author of “Five Million Steps on a Journey of Hope: Thru-Hiking the Appalachian Trail” will tell his story of his hike along the 2,181-mile Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine, a trip that took 170 days. Copies of his book will be on sale for $15. The program is FREE and is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. in the municipal complex. Call 440-333-6660 to register.

At 7p.m. you can find out about Grandma Emma Gatewood when Bette Lou Higgins presents “Grandma Gatewood: Ohio’s Legendary Hiker” for the Rocky River Historical Society. Ohioan Grandma Gatewood was the first woman to solo thru-hike the Appalachian Trail in 1955! The program is FREE and open to the public.
