A New Platform for Your Donations: Thank You, Eden Valley Enterprises.

We are increasing our efforts to raise the full amount needed to sculpt, cast, deliver, and install two life-size bronze sculptures of Grandma Gatewood—one at her gravesite in Gallipolis, Ohio, and another at Neel Gap/Mountain Crossing in Georgia. We’re thrilled to have support from Eden Valley Enterprises, creators of the Emmy-nominated film "Trail Magic: The Grandma Gatewood Story." Eden Valley Enterprises now serves as the not-for-profit umbrella for this important project, making all the donations through the new GiveButter platform tax-deductible.

To make giving even easier, we’ve launched a new fundraising platform through GiveButter, in addition to our ongoing GoFundMe page. With GiveButter, your donations are tax-deductible. You can donate in several ways:

Donate via a special QR code- see below
Donate by texting GGTRAILANGELS to 53-555,
Donate by visiting https://givebutter.com/GrandmaGatewood. GiveButter accepts a variety of payment methods and will automatically send you a tax receipt for your donation.

While at the site you can sign your group, state or organization up for the Grandma Gatewood Fundraising Challenge. Challenge another hiking group or state and watch as each amount climbs higher in their giving, helping us get closer to the summit.

We would also love to hear about what Grandma Gatewood means to you. You can do so on the donation page, Even include a picture of you or your group hiking.

Please be sure to share this site with others. It is through trail angels like yourself that we will bring Grandma Gatewood home, to Ohio and the AT.
